According to articles 39 and 40 of the law "Informatique et Libertés", you have a right to access and rectify the data that concern you. Practically, justifying your identity, you can ask us if we treat or not your data, and if yes, which types of data, in which purpose and how. Furthermore, the law give you a right of rectification, update and deletion of this data.
The INRIA has nominated a "Correspondant Informatique et Libertés" (CIL) to the CNIL, according to article 22 III of the law of 6th january 1978. This CIL maintains a register of internal treatments normally subjected to declaration. In addition, he is in charge of ensuring the right of access and rectification.
